Enjoy a tour and tasting of our organic and biodynamic wines. Visiting one of our vineyards, you will learn how we take care of the grapes and our experience in wine production. We will also tell you the history of the estate, which dates back to before 1700 and is linked to the Strozzi family. The tour includes a walk through the olive groves, an introduction to Tuscan traditions of olive oil and a guided tour of the windmill inspired by the drawings of the great master Leonardo Da Vinci, the details of its history and its operation.You will finally have a olive oil tasting lesson during which you will learn the characteristics necessary to obtain a good extra virgin olive oil as well as put into practice your tasting skills of the wine by discovering our organic wines.
