Between the months of June to November truffle mature underground in the estates woods of Montefiesole, sending out a distinct aroma. With a local guide and a truffle hunting dog who detects this aroma, it is possible to participate in this unusual event of truffle hunting. This activity starts off with a warm welcome with an introduction to explain the growth of this unsual tuber. It is not only designed for culinay lovers, but an exciting way of getting in touch with the Tuscan nature. Ather the hunt, you will be able to enjoy the truffles, paired with estate's organic wine.
